Seen in serous cystadenocarcinoma of ovary

Hobnail cell:

Seen in clear cell adenocarcinoma of ovary

Walthard cell rests:

Seen in Brenner’s tumor (Benign)

Extensive hemorrhage & necrosis:

Seen in dysgerminoma (highest incidence of bilaterality)

Rokitansky protuberance:

Seen in mature cystic teratoma (dermoid cyst)

Schiller Duval bodies:

Seen in yolk sac tumor

Call Exner body (with Coffee bean nucleus):

Seen in granulosa cell tumor

Signet ring cell:

Seen in Krukenberg’s tumor (MC primary: Gastric CA)

Reinke’s crystals:

Seen in Leydig cell tumor
